Window Cleaning
Interior and exterior window washing, screens, and tracks — recurring or one-time.
Washing windows inside and out, plus screens and tracks.
How it works day to day
- 1Record the number of windows, stories, and whether screens are included.
- 2Schedule recurring or one-time cleanings.
- 3Before starting, the crew notes any scratched or cracked glass that was already there, so you're never blamed for it.
- 4Techs log how many windows were done and count the screens taken down and put back. Damaged screens can turn into a repair lead on your Leads board.
- 5Turn on Come-Back Reminders and one-time customers are reminded when it's time again and can rebook in one tap.
Details we save for each customer
- # of windows / panes
- # of stories

Extra tools you can turn on
Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.
Window Count Log
Counts the windows cleaned, notes whether screens and tracks were done, and flags any cracked or foggy glass found.
Screen Count & Repair
Counts the screens taken down and put back, so none go missing. Damaged screens are noted, and the customer can ask for a repair quote.
Before-We-Start Walkaround
Before starting, the crew notes any damage that was already there (cracked glass, loose gutters, peeling paint) and who saw it, plus prep like covering plants. It protects you if a customer later says you caused it.
Ladder Safety Check
A quick safety checklist before working up high: ladder checked, firm footing, power lines far enough away, and a harness on tall homes. The stop can't be finished until it's done.
Recommend More Work
At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.
Come-Back Reminders
Months after a one-time job, the customer gets a text and email saying it's time again, and can book their next visit in one tap from their page at the same price. That visit is billed once it's done.
Door-to-Door Canvassing
Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
