Snow Removal
Seasonal snow and ice clearing for residential and commercial.
Plowing and clearing driveways, walks, and lots in winter — by the season or per storm.
How it works day to day
- 1Record each property's size and surfaces, and any limit on the number of plows per season.
- 2Snowfall Auto-Dispatch watches the forecast and creates today's plow jobs when snow hits your trigger depth.
- 3Techs log snow depth and how many bags of ice melt they used.
- 4Turn on Auto Per-Event Invoicing and set your Price per push (and a Price per bag of ice melt if you charge for it) in Settings → Line Features. When the crew finishes, the bill goes out on its own. Customers on a seasonal plan are only billed for pushes past the Seasonal push cap on their record.
- 5Mark hazards like hidden curbs so crews avoid them.

Snow Depth & De-Icer Log
The crew writes down how deep the snow was and how many bags of ice melt they used, so each storm is billed correctly.
Snowfall Auto-Dispatch
Shows the snow forecast on Routes & Dispatch. When enough snow falls, one tap adds today's visits for every snow customer.
Auto Per-Event Invoicing
Sends a bill for each storm as soon as the crew finishes the visit, so you get paid the same day. Per-push customers pay your price per push, seasonal customers only pay for pushes beyond their contract, and ice melt can be charged by the bag.
Per-Push Contract Counter
Counts how many times you've plowed for each customer this season and warns you when they get close to the number in their contract. You'll find it on Routes & Dispatch.
Salt & Material Inventory
Keeps count of your salt and ice melt and warns you when it's time to order more. The count goes down on its own as the crew uses it.
Site Hazard Markers
Mark the trouble spots at each property (low branches, flower beds, hidden lids, where cars park) so the plow crew sees them on their phone. Manage it on the Site Hazards page.
Recommend More Work
At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.
Door-to-Door Canvassing
Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
