Shop: selling products to customers
Sell bags, waste stations, and more from your customers' portal.
- Catalog — add products with a price and, if you like, how many you have.
- Customers see a shop in their portal and place orders. An invoice is created so they can pay right there.
- Orders — mark orders fulfilled, shipped, or cancelled.
- Cancelling an order cancels its unpaid bill, so the customer never owes for it, and puts tracked stock back. If they already paid, record a refund on the Billing page.
