Wildlife Control
Humane animal removal from start to finish: inspections, setting and checking traps, removing animals with the records your state asks for, sealing up the home, and warranty check-ups.
Humane removal of animals like squirrels, raccoons, and bats — inspections, trapping, sealing up the house, and warranties.
How it works day to day
- 1Start with an inspection. The tech notes entry points and can build an exclusion quote on site.
- 2Set traps and cameras and check them on a route. Gear is tracked per property.
- 3Every animal caught is recorded for your state report — species, how it was caught, and what happened.
- 4Seal the home (exclusion) and give the customer a warranty.
- 5Optionally bill per animal caught, automatically.
Details we save for each customer

- Problem areas

Extra tools you can turn on
Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.
Humane Removal Record
Records every animal removed: what kind, how many, and what happened to it (released, moved, or handed to a rescue), plus where and your permit number. It's kept safely for your state's wildlife records.
Trap Check Log
Records each trap check: traps checked, re-baited, set off, and animals caught. The customer can see the traps really were checked.
Trap & Camera Registry
Keeps track of every trap and camera you leave at a customer's home: where it is, since when, and when it was last checked. Techs add, check and pick up gear from their phone, and the office sees when a check is overdue. Manage it on the Traps & Cameras page.
Per-Animal Billing
Charges a set price for each animal removed. The bill goes out as soon as the tech finishes the visit. You can also charge a one-time trap setup fee.
Wildlife Activity Report
The tech rates how much animal activity they found, notes the signs (droppings, noises, tracks) and the holes found or sealed. The customer can watch the problem shrink.
Exclusion Before/After Photos
The crew takes before and after photos of each seal-up job. It's proof for the customer and for your warranty.
Exclusion Projects & Warranties
Track jobs where you seal up a home to keep animals out: what's being sealed, the price, and how long the warranty lasts. Schedule warranty check-ups in one click. Manage it on the Exclusions page.
Exclusion Warranty
If animals get back in, the customer tells you from their customer page. A rush warranty visit is added for your crew.
Recommend More Work
At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.
Insurance Claims & Third-Party Billing
For jobs paid by insurance. Keep the insurance company, claim number, adjuster and deductible on each job. Bill the homeowner for the deductible and the insurance company (or a family member or landlord) for the rest, and see who still owes you. Manage it on the Insurance Claims page.
Consumer Financing Offer
Shows a "pay over time" option (a link to your lender) on big quotes in emails and on the customer page, so a large price doesn't scare customers away.
Door-to-Door Canvassing
Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
