1. Who we are
RouteStacker is a field service management and customer relationship platform operated by WildPipe, LLC ("RouteStacker", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information on routestacker.com, in the RouteStacker app, the crew field app, and the customer-facing pages our customers use (booking forms, customer portals, quotes, invoices and payment pages).
There are two kinds of people whose information we handle. Our customers are the service businesses that sign up for RouteStacker ("Businesses"). Their customers are the homeowners and property managers those Businesses serve ("End Customers").
2. Our role for End Customer information
When a Business uses RouteStacker to store its customer list, schedule visits, send messages or bill its customers, the Business decides what information to collect and how to use it. For that information we act as a service provider (also called a processor) on the Business's behalf, and the Business's own privacy practices apply.
If you are an End Customer and want to see, correct or delete information a Business holds about you, please contact that Business directly. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to the Business and help them respond.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Account details — name, email, phone, password, business name and address.
- Business data you enter — customers, service addresses, schedules, routes, notes, photos, service records, prices, invoices and messages.
- Payment setup — we connect to payment processors such as Stripe. Card and bank numbers are entered directly with the processor; we receive only limited details such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Messages to us — contact form submissions, support emails, texts and voicemails.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data — browser type, pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, and error reports that help us fix bugs.
- Location — when a crew member uses the field app, we may collect device location to show their position on the route, record visit proof, or trace a walk path. Location is only collected while the app is in use and the browser has given permission.
- Cookies and local storage — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and credit affiliate referrals for up to 90 days. We do not use advertising cookies.
Information from others: property details (such as lot and building size) from public property records services when a Business looks up an address, map and distance data from mapping services, and payment status from payment processors.
4. How we use information
- To provide, maintain and secure RouteStacker — scheduling, routing, billing, messaging, reports and the customer portal.
- To process payments and collect the platform fee.
- To send service messages, such as sign-in links, receipts, account alerts and replies to your questions.
- To provide AI features. When you use RouteStackerAI or the AI phone agent, the relevant data is sent to our AI provider to produce a response, under terms that limit how the provider may use it.
- To improve the product, fix problems and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Text messages (SMS)
RouteStacker lets Businesses text their End Customers — for example appointment reminders, on-the-way alerts, appointment confirmations, invoices and replies to questions. We also text our own Businesses about their accounts and support requests.
- You receive texts only after giving your phone number to the Business (or to us) and agreeing to be contacted by text.
- Message frequency varies with your service schedule and conversations.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact the Business that texted you.
- Mobile phone numbers and text message opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the text message providers that deliver the messages.
7. How long we keep information
We keep account and business data while the account is active. When a Business closes its account, we delete or anonymize its data within a reasonable time, except where we must keep it longer to meet legal, tax or accounting duties, to resolve disputes, or to keep records the Business is required by law to retain (for example, pesticide application or wildlife removal records). Backups are cleared on a rolling schedule.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls so team members see only what their role allows, and separation of each Business's data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your sign-in links private. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or delete — Businesses can edit or export most data in the app. You can also ask us for a copy of your personal information or ask us to delete it.
- Email — unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in the message. Service emails (like receipts) will still be sent.
- Texts — reply STOP at any time.
- Location — turn off location permission in your browser or phone settings.
Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Virginia and other US states), you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect and to not be treated differently for using your rights. To make a request, use our contact form and choose "Privacy or data request". We will verify your identity before acting, and you may use an authorized agent.
10. Children
RouteStacker is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as RouteStacker changes. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date, and for important changes we will let Businesses know by email or in the app before they take effect.
