Property Management

Recurring on-property care: package relocation, winter salting, and vacation home checks for the customers you already route past.

Extra care for properties you already visit — moving packages, salting walks, and checking on homes while owners are away.

How it works day to day

  1. 1Record the property type, access details, thermostat setting, water shut-off and a local emergency contact.
  2. 2On house checks, techs go through the home watch checklist inside and out: leaks, heating and cooling, fridge, odors, power, storm damage and break-ins. If something's wrong, the owner gets a text or email right away and you're told too.
  3. 3After a storm, book an After-storm check visit.
  4. 4The key & lock-up log shows the owner the home was locked and the alarm turned back on.
  5. 5Customers can book a Vacation Watch in their portal: they pick dates and how often, and the visits are scheduled for you. You get a bell alert and a note in Conversations so you can assign a tech.
  6. 6To charge for each check, set Price per house check in Settings → Line Features → Vacation Watch Scheduling. Each check is billed once it's marked done. Skipped checks are never charged. Leave it at 0 if checks are part of the monthly plan.

Extra tools you can turn on

Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.

Property Check Log

A simple checklist for each visit: packages moved, salt put down, mail collected, lights checked, outside walked. The customer gets a report after every visit.

Home Watch Inspection

A full inside-and-outside checklist for house checks: leaks, heating and cooling, fridge, odors, power, storm damage and break-ins. If something's wrong, the owner gets a text or email right away and the office is told.

Vacation Watch Scheduling

Customers going on a trip enter their away dates on their customer page. House checks are scheduled for the whole time they're gone, and you're told right away. You can charge a set price per check, billed once each check is done.

Key & Lock-Up Log

Every visit records how the crew got in, the alarm, where the key is now, and that the doors were locked on the way out. The customer sees it was locked up.

Recommend More Work

At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.

Door-to-Door Canvassing

Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
