Pet Waste Removal
Regular yard scooping visits, planned routes for your crew, and photos and notes that prove the work was done.
Regular yard clean-ups for dog owners — weekly, twice a week, or every other week. Priced by yard size and number of dogs.
How it works day to day
- 1Sign up customers with the New customer form. Measure the yard from property records or by drawing it on a map; the price fills in.
- 2Visits are put on the schedule automatically and placed on routes.
- 3Techs finish each yard with a gate-closed photo and, if you like, a yard map showing where they cleaned.
- 4Customers get a text when you're done and are billed monthly.
Details we save for each customer
- # of dogs
- Yard size
Tip: The "dogs secured" text asks customers to reply YES before the tech arrives. Turn it on in Settings → Alerts.
Extra tools you can turn on
Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.
Yard Grid Tracker
After each visit, the crew taps the parts of the yard they cleaned. Your customer sees a simple map of where the crew walked and where they found waste.
Gate-Closed Photo
The crew must take a photo of the closed, latched gate before they can finish the stop. Pet owners know their dog can't get out.
Pet Health Watch
If the crew sees something unusual in the waste (very loose, worms, or blood), they mark it. The pet owner gets a friendly heads-up right away.
Deodorize & Sanitize Log
Keeps a record each time the crew sprays deodorizer or sanitizer in the yard. Set a price and the customer can be billed the moment the visit is done, so paid extras never slip through.
Waste Volume Log
The crew writes down how many bags they filled and how full the yard was. Reports then show you which yards may need more visits.
Flea/Tick & Yard Pest Log
A full record of any flea, tick or bug spray used: who sprayed, what product, how much, where, and the weather. The customer sees when it's safe for pets and kids to go back outside.
Re-Service Guarantee
If a customer finds a spot you missed, they tell you from their customer page. A rush return visit is added for your crew automatically.
K9 Turf Sanitizing Log
For fake-grass yards. Keeps a record of the cleaner and odor spray used and which areas were treated each visit.
Waste Station Service
For HOAs, apartments and parks. The crew logs each dog waste station they emptied, refilled with bags, or put a new liner in. Set a price per station and the bill can go out as soon as the visit is done.
Pet Amenity Restocking
For apartment complexes. Track the treat jars, water bowls and toy bins your crew refills each visit.
Canine DNA Program
Runs a dog DNA program for apartment complexes. Keep a list of resident dogs and their cheek swabs, and track waste samples sent to the lab so you can match them and issue fines. Manage it on the Canine DNA page.
Product Sales (Bags & Stations)
Sell waste bags, refills and stations to your customers from their customer page. You see each order and ship it. Manage products and orders on the Shop page.
Recommend More Work
At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.
Prepay & Save
Give customers a discount for paying several months ahead. They get a lower bill to pay on their customer page, and those months are left off their regular monthly bill. Works for any business line.
Labor & Time-on-Site
Uses your crew's clock-in and clock-out times to show what you spend on labor and what you earn per hour, in Reports. Works for every business line.
Door-to-Door Canvassing
Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
