Holiday Lighting
Design, install, maintain, and remove holiday light displays — plus Christmas tree setup and disposal.
Designing, installing, maintaining, and taking down holiday lights — plus storing them until next year.
How it works day to day
- 1Quote by roofline length and number of stories.
- 2Schedule install, then takedown at the end of the season. Turn on the ladder safety check if you want crews to confirm it before working up high.
- 3Store each customer's lights and turn them into next year's reinstall in one click. Customers who pay once per season are billed last season's price when the reinstall is done.
- 4Customers can report a light outage from their portal.
- 5With Early-Bird Next-Season Deposit on, customers reserve the coming season from their portal. They get the deposit bill by email, you get a bell alert, and the paid deposit is taken off their install bill. Set the deposit to 0 to let them reserve for free.

Extra tools you can turn on
Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.
Install Design Proof
Photos of the finished lights, plus the date you'll take them down, which the customer can see.
Off-Season Storage Tracker
Keeps track of each customer's lights while you store them between seasons, so nothing gets lost. Manage it on the Light Storage page.
Outage / Maintenance SLA
If a strand goes dark, the customer taps one button on their customer page. A rush repair stop is added for your crew.
Early-Bird Next-Season Deposit
Customers can save their spot for the coming season from their customer page, before the busy season starts. They pay a deposit you can refund (or nothing, if you set it to 0), and the paid deposit comes off their install bill.
Reinstall From Last Season
With one click, turns each customer's stored lights into a new install job for this season, using last year's design. Customers who pay once per season are billed last season's price when it's done, minus any early-bird deposit.
Ladder Safety Check
A quick safety checklist before working up high: ladder checked, firm footing, power lines far enough away, and a harness on tall homes. The stop can't be finished until it's done.
Recommend More Work
At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.
Door-to-Door Canvassing
Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
