Gutter Cleaning
Clean and flush gutters and downspouts, plus gutter-guard installs — seasonal and on-demand.
Cleaning gutters and downspouts, and installing gutter guards.
How it works day to day
- 1Quote by gutter length and number of stories — we can estimate both from property records.
- 2Schedule seasonal or one-time cleanings.
- 3The crew notes existing damage before they start, and can do a ladder safety check.
- 4Techs log the work, test each downspout, and grade the gutters, fascia and roof. When a repair is needed, you get an alert. With Recommend More Work on, it also lands on your Leads board so you can send a quote.
- 5Gutter guard installs get a warranty record the customer keeps on their page.
- 6Turn on Come-Back Reminders and one-time customers are reminded every 6 months and can rebook in one tap.

Extra tools you can turn on
Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.
Gutter Service Log
Writes down which gutters were cleaned, which downspouts were flushed, how many bags of debris came out, and any damage found. The customer gets a clear report.
Roof & Gutter Condition Report
While up on the ladder, the crew grades the gutters, fascia boards, roof and flashing and taps what they saw. When a repair is needed, the office is told so you can send a quote.
Downspout Flow Test
The crew runs water down every downspout and marks it clear, unclogged, or still clogged. The customer sees each one.
Gutter Guard Warranty Record
On a gutter guard install, records the product, how many feet, the downspouts screened and the warranty length. The customer keeps it on their page.
Before-We-Start Walkaround
Before starting, the crew notes any damage that was already there (cracked glass, loose gutters, peeling paint) and who saw it, plus prep like covering plants. It protects you if a customer later says you caused it.
Ladder Safety Check
A quick safety checklist before working up high: ladder checked, firm footing, power lines far enough away, and a harness on tall homes. The stop can't be finished until it's done.
Recommend More Work
At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.
Come-Back Reminders
Months after a one-time job, the customer gets a text and email saying it's time again, and can book their next visit in one tap from their page at the same price. That visit is billed once it's done.
Door-to-Door Canvassing
Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
