1. Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and WildPipe, LLC ("RouteStacker", "we", "us") for using routestacker.com, the RouteStacker app, the field app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on behalf of that business and confirm you have the authority to do so.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you sign up.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including what your team members do. Keep passwords and sign-in links private.
- You control who on your team has access and what their role lets them see. Remove access promptly when someone leaves.
3. Fees and payments
RouteStacker has no monthly subscription and no per-seat fees. We charge a platform fee on payments you process through the Service — currently a flat 5% of each card or bank (ACH) payment, as shown on our Pricing page, unless we agree on a different rate with you in writing.
- Payment processors (such as Stripe or Square) charge their own processing fees, set by them and governed by their own terms.
- Platform fees are collected automatically through your payment processor or charged to the card you keep on file with us.
- Platform fees on payments that are later refunded or disputed are not automatically returned unless required by law or we agree otherwise.
- You are responsible for taxes on the services you sell to your customers.
- We may change our fees with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply to payments processed after the notice period.
4. Your data
You own the data you and your team put into RouteStacker, including your customer list ("Your Data"). You give us permission to host, process and display Your Data only as needed to run the Service for you, keep it secure, and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export much of Your Data from the app at any time.
You are responsible for having the right to collect and use the information you store about your customers, and for honoring their privacy requests.
5. Texts, calls and emails you send
The Service lets you text, call and email your customers. You are the sender of those messages and you must follow the laws that apply to them, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM, state laws, and phone carrier rules.
- Only message people who have given you the consent the law requires — for example, agreement to receive service texts when they share their number with you.
- Honor opt-outs right away. Replies such as STOP are processed automatically; don't message those numbers again from another tool.
- Don't send spam, misleading content, or messages about illegal products or services.
- We may pause or limit messaging on an account that receives a high number of complaints or that a carrier flags.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or help anyone else do so, or use the Service to harass, defraud or harm people.
- Upload viruses or harmful code, or try to get into accounts, data or systems you aren't allowed to access.
- Copy, resell or rebuild the Service, or scrape it in bulk, except as we allow in writing.
- Overload or disrupt the Service, or get around usage limits or security features.
7. Compliance records and AI tools
RouteStacker helps you keep records some trades are required to keep — for example pesticide application logs, wildlife removal reports, moisture and clearance records, and warranty records. These tools make record-keeping easier, but you remain responsible for meeting the licensing, reporting and safety rules of your trade and your state, and for checking that your records are complete and accurate.
Estimates, property measurements, route suggestions, weather holds and answers from RouteStackerAI are helpful starting points, not guarantees. Review them before relying on them, especially before charging customers or taking an action.
8. Other services you connect
The Service works with tools from other companies, such as payment processors, accounting software, phone carriers and domain registrars. Your use of those tools is governed by their terms. We aren't responsible for those services, but we work to keep our connections to them reliable.
9. Our property and your feedback
We own the Service, including its software, design and the RouteStacker name and logo. These Terms don't give you any rights to them except to use the Service as allowed here. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
10. Affiliate program
If you join our affiliate program, you earn the one-time commission shown in your affiliate dashboard for each business you refer that becomes a paying customer, credited when they sign up within 90 days of clicking your link. Self-referrals, referrals to accounts you own or manage, and referrals gained through spam or misleading claims don't qualify. We may review, adjust or withhold commissions earned in breach of these Terms, and we may change or end the program with notice; commissions already earned will still be paid.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, don't pay fees you owe, or if we must to comply with law. Where it's reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export Your Data. Fees already owed remain due after your account ends.
12. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep RouteStacker running well, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, RouteStacker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
14. Your responsibility to us
You agree to defend and hold RouteStacker harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from Your Data, the messages you send, the services you provide to your customers, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
15. General terms
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where WildPipe, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each side agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other for at least 30 days.
- We may update these Terms. We'll post changes here with a new date and give notice of important changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
- If part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right right away doesn't mean we give it up.
- You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of our business.
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement we sign with you, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
