Mold & Crawl Space
Mold checks and testing, full mold clean-up projects with daily drying checks and a final certificate, crawl space seal-ups with long warranties, and billing insurance companies.
Mold inspections and testing, mold removal projects, crawl space sealing, and insurance claims.
How it works day to day
- 1Inspect and test. The crawl space form records what the tech found and the work they recommend. Samples are tracked from the home to the lab.
- 2Quote the project — offer financing for big jobs if you like.
- 3For water damage, add the water type and wet area. The app suggests how many fans and dehumidifiers to bring.
- 4Techs log containment, moisture and air readings, and equipment on site. You're told if drying stalls.
- 5Print the drying report for the insurance company. Once clearance testing passes, print a Certificate of Mold Remediation.
- 6Bill the deductible to the homeowner and the rest to the insurance company.
- 7Keep the warranty going with yearly crawl space maintenance checks.

Remediation Projects & Warranties
Runs each mold or crawl space job from start to finish: quote, customer OK, deposit, the work itself, final check, and a warranty. Manage it on the Remediation pages.
Moisture & Drying Log
The tech takes moisture readings at each spot and air readings (outside, a dry room, the wet area, the dehumidifier) on every visit. The app works out the moisture in the air and the dew point, warns when drying stalls, and prints a drying report for the customer and the insurance company.
Containment & Safety Checklist
A safety checklist for sealing off the work area: plastic walls, air cleaners running, and safety gear worn. It must be filled in before mold removal can be marked done.
Mold Sampling & Chain of Custody
Records every mold test sample: where it was taken, which lab it went to, and the results, so each lab report matches the right spot.
Clearance Testing & Certificate
The final check after the work: what it looked like, moisture readings, air test results, and who did the check. Once it passes, print a certificate for the customer.
Crawl Space Encapsulation Record
A detailed record of a crawl space seal-up: the plastic liner used, what was wrapped and sealed, the dehumidifier installed, and humidity before and after. It backs up your warranty.
Crawl Space Inspection Form
A crawl space checklist for the first visit: size, height, water, vapor barrier, insulation, wood moisture, mold and pests. The tech picks the recommended work, and it shows up on the Remediation page as a ready-to-quote lead.
Crawl Space Maintenance Check
A checklist for yearly service and warranty visits: dehumidifier, filter, drain line, sump pump, battery backup, liner and humidity. If something needs fixing, the office is told right away.
Drying Equipment Registry
Keeps track of every fan, dehumidifier and air cleaner at a job: where it is, since when, and when it was last checked. You can bill by the day when it comes back. Manage it on the Drying Equipment page.
Independent Assessor Rules
Some states require a separate company to test for mold. When this is on, a job can't be scheduled until their plan is added, and the final check must be done by that outside company.
Warranty Re-Inspection Requests
Customers with a warranty can report a problem (musty smell, damp air, standing water) from their customer page. A rush warranty visit is added for your crew.
Recommend More Work
At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.
Insurance Claims & Third-Party Billing
For jobs paid by insurance. Keep the insurance company, claim number, adjuster and deductible on each job. Bill the homeowner for the deductible and the insurance company (or a family member or landlord) for the rest, and see who still owes you. Manage it on the Insurance Claims page.
Consumer Financing Offer
Shows a "pay over time" option (a link to your lender) on big quotes in emails and on the customer page, so a large price doesn't scare customers away.
Door-to-Door Canvassing
Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
