Pest Control

Bug, mosquito and rodent treatment plans, with the records your state asks for, easy-to-read reports for customers, and spraying that pauses on windy days.

Regular pest treatment plans — general pests, mosquitoes, and rodents — with the records the law requires.

How it works day to day

  1. 1Sell a package (like quarterly service) priced by home size.
  2. 2Techs fill out a full chemical application record before a visit can be finished.
  3. 3Customers see what was applied and when it's safe to go back outside.
  4. 4If pests come back, customers can ask for a free re-treat from their portal.
  5. 5Spray jobs can be held automatically on windy days.

Details we save for each customer

  • Home square footage
  • Target pests
  • # of bait stations
  • Pets / kids on site

Tip: Track your techs' applicator licenses on the Team page — you'll be reminded before they expire.

Extra tools you can turn on

Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.

Compliant Application Record

A full record of every treatment: who applied it and their license, the product and its government registration number, how much, where, and the weather. It's kept safely in case your state asks to see it.

Pest Activity Report

The tech rates how many pests they found, what kind, and where they treated. Your customer sees it get better over time.

Bait Station Log

Keeps a record of each rodent bait box checked, refilled or replaced on every visit. Great for business customers who need proof.

Spray Drift Wind Hold

Checks the wind forecast and holds today's spraying when it's too windy, so spray doesn't drift onto neighbors' yards. You'll find it on Routes & Dispatch.

Free Re-Treat Guarantee

If bugs come back between visits, the customer tells you from their customer page. A rush re-treat visit is added for your crew.

Chemical Catalog & Stock

A list of the products you use, with how much you have on hand. Stock goes down on its own as your techs use it. You can also print a usage report for your state. Manage it on the Chemicals page.

Exclusion Projects & Warranties

Track jobs where you seal up a home to keep pests out: what's being sealed, the price, and how long the warranty lasts. Schedule warranty check-ups in one click. Manage it on the Exclusions page.

Exclusion Before/After Photos

The crew takes before and after photos of each seal-up job. It's proof for the customer and for your warranty.

Exclusion Warranty

If pests get back in where you sealed, the customer tells you from their customer page. A rush warranty visit is added for your crew.

Station & Device Registry

A list of every bait box, monitor and fly light at each property. The tech sees the list on their phone at the stop. Manage it on the Bait Stations page.

Recommend More Work

At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.

Insurance Claims & Third-Party Billing

For jobs paid by insurance. Keep the insurance company, claim number, adjuster and deductible on each job. Bill the homeowner for the deductible and the insurance company (or a family member or landlord) for the rest, and see who still owes you. Manage it on the Insurance Claims page.

Consumer Financing Offer

Shows a "pay over time" option (a link to your lender) on big quotes in emails and on the customer page, so a large price doesn't scare customers away.

Door-to-Door Canvassing

Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
