Are there any monthly or per-seat fees?
No. There's no subscription and no per-seat pricing. You only pay a flat 5% platform fee on the payments you process through RouteStacker — if you don't get paid, you don't pay us.
Is the 5% all I pay per transaction?
The 5% is RouteStacker's flat platform fee. On top of that, your payment processor (Stripe, Square, etc.) charges its own standard credit card and ACH processing fees — those go to the processor, not to us.
Does the 5% platform fee apply to credit cards and ACH the same way?
Yes — the RouteStacker platform fee is a flat 5% on both credit card and ACH (bank) payments. The processor's separate transaction fees vary by card vs. ACH, but our 5% is the same either way.
What happens when I add another business line?
Nothing changes. Adding lines, features, team members, or customers is always free — the only RouteStacker cost is the same flat 5% platform fee on transactions, across every line you run.
Are there extra charges for SMS, email, or routing?
No hidden usage charges from us. Messaging, route optimization, the customer portal, proposals, and reporting are all included in the flat platform fee.
