Lawn Care
Coordinate mowing, edging, and pet-safe lawn treatments.
Mowing, edging, and lawn treatments on a regular schedule.
How it works day to day
- 1Record lawn size and gate code. Price by lawn size if you use the size-based formula.
- 2Visits repeat on schedule and go on routes.
- 3Weather tools can hold mows for rain or cold weather.
- 4Turn on the Seasonal Treatment Program in Settings → Line Features and add each treatment with its month and price. You can set one price, or a different price for each lawn size. Leave the price at 0 if treatments are part of the monthly plan.
- 5On each customer who buys treatments, set On treatment program to Yes. Then tap Generate next to a treatment on Routes & Dispatch to schedule it for everyone on the program. Each visit is billed when the tech marks it done.

Extra tools you can turn on
Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.
Mow Pattern & Height Log
Writes down the mowing direction, blade height, and whether the clippings were bagged, so every visit looks the same.
Treatment & Re-Entry Log
Keeps a record of fertilizer and weed treatments, and tells the customer when it's safe for pets and kids to go back on the lawn.
Drought / Dormancy Skip
Checks the local weather and tells you which mows you can skip when grass isn't growing (very dry or very cold). You'll find it on Routes & Dispatch.
Rain Delay Hold
Checks the local weather and holds today's mows when heavy rain is coming, so you don't tear up a soaked lawn. You'll find it on Routes & Dispatch.
Pre-Mow Hazard Photo
Before mowing, the crew photographs anything in the way (toys, branches, dog waste), so you have proof and the lawn is safe to mow.
Seasonal Treatment Program
Plan your treatments for the whole season (weed prevention, fertilizer, grub control and so on), with a price for each one, or a price by lawn size. With one click it adds a visit for every customer on the program, and each visit is billed when the tech marks it done. You'll find it on Routes & Dispatch.
Backyard Toy Recovery
Before mowing, the crew picks up dog toys and bones and puts them in a set spot, like a bin on the deck. The customer sees it was done.
Aeration & Overseed Log
Keeps a record of lawn aeration and seeding: how deep, what seed, and how much. The customer gets clear care tips afterward.
Recommend More Work
At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.
Door-to-Door Canvassing
Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
