Pressure Washing

Wash homes, driveways, decks and patios. Prices can be worked out from the size of the area.

Washing houses, driveways, decks, and patios.

How it works day to day

  1. 1Quote by square footage — fill it in from property records with one click.
  2. 2Schedule the job and send it out on a route.
  3. 3Before starting, the crew does a walkaround: they note any damage that was already there and who saw it, and cover plants and outlets.
  4. 4Techs log what surfaces they washed and the cleaner mix they used, and confirm plants and storm drains were protected.
  5. 5For sealing jobs, book a Concrete / deck sealing visit. The customer is told how long to stay off it, and gets a reminder when it's time to re-seal.
  6. 6Turn on Come-Back Reminders and one-time customers get a "time again" text and email a year later. They can book their next wash in one tap.

Extra tools you can turn on

Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.

Surface Wash Log

Writes down what was washed, how (soft wash or pressure), what cleaner was used, and about how big the area was. Handy if questions come up later.

Cleaning Mix & Runoff Record

Writes down the cleaner used, how strong it was mixed, and that plants and storm drains were protected. It warns the crew when a mix is too strong. Helps if a neighbor or the city asks questions.

Sealing & Staining Record

For driveway, paver and deck sealing: the product, color, coats and size. The customer is told how long to stay off it and when it should be re-sealed.

Before-We-Start Walkaround

Before starting, the crew notes any damage that was already there (cracked glass, loose gutters, peeling paint) and who saw it, plus prep like covering plants. It protects you if a customer later says you caused it.

Ladder Safety Check

A quick safety checklist before working up high: ladder checked, firm footing, power lines far enough away, and a harness on tall homes. The stop can't be finished until it's done.

Recommend More Work

At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.

Come-Back Reminders

Months after a one-time job, the customer gets a text and email saying it's time again, and can book their next visit in one tap from their page at the same price. That visit is billed once it's done.

Door-to-Door Canvassing

Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
