Trash Can Valet
Roll bins out on collection day and return them after pickup.
Rolling customers' trash and recycling cans to the curb on pickup day and bringing them back.
How it works day to day
- 1Record each customer's number of cans and their pickup day.
- 2Visits follow their pickup day every week.
- 3Optional tools handle holiday week shifts and recycling-week badges.
- 4Charge for extra bags and can washes: set your price per bag or per can in Settings → Line Features. The crew counts them on their phone, and the customer can get the bill as soon as the visit is done.
- 5If the city misses a pickup, customers can report it in their portal and a priority visit is created.

Extra tools you can turn on
Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.
Bin Out / Return Checklist
The crew checks off each can as it goes out to the curb and comes back, and the customer sees the count.
Bin Wash Add-On Log
Keeps a record of trash cans washed as a paid extra, and how many. Set a price per can and the customer can be billed the moment the visit is done. Your customer can see it.
Holiday Schedule Shift
When a holiday pushes the city's trash day back, this moves your whole route forward one day and lets the affected customers know. You'll find it on Routes & Dispatch.
Overflow & Extra-Bag Surcharge
When a customer puts out extra bags beyond their plan, the crew counts them and the charge is worked out from your price per bag. The bill can go out as soon as the visit is done.
Missed Municipal Pickup Alert
If the city didn't pick up a customer's trash, they tap a button on their customer page. A rush stop is added so your crew can bring the cans back in.
Alternating Recycle Weeks
Shows the crew on their phone whether this week is a recycling week or a trash-only week, so the right cans go out.
Recommend More Work
At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.
Door-to-Door Canvassing
Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
