Pet Sitting & Dog Walking

Scheduled dog walks, drop-in pet visits, and overnight stays for the pet parents you already serve.

Dog walks, drop-in pet visits, and overnight stays.

How it works day to day

  1. 1Book a Meet & greet first. The sitter fills in the care card: vet, emergency contact, feeding, medicines and behavior. It's saved to the client's record, so every sitter sees it on later visits.
  2. 2Visits repeat on schedule.
  3. 3Each visit, the sitter checks off every medicine dose. If a pet won't take it or a dose is skipped, you and the pet parent are told right away.
  4. 4The key & lock-up log records how the sitter got in, the alarm, where the key is, and that the doors were locked.
  5. 5Walkers can record the walk route with GPS so the owner sees a map of it.
  6. 6Send a visit report card after each visit.
  7. 7Turn on Online Sit Booking and pet parents can book walks, drop-ins or overnights for their dates from their portal. Each visit is billed at your rate after it's done.

Extra tools you can turn on

Switch these on in Settings → Line Features. Turn on only what helps you.

Visit Report Card

After every walk or visit, the sitter sends a quick report: potty, food, water, mood and a photo. Pet owners love it.

GPS Walk Tracking

Records the walk on the sitter's phone. The customer sees a map of the route and how far their dog walked.

Medicine Log

The sitter checks off each dose: which pet, what medicine, how much and when. If a pet won't take it or a dose is skipped, the office and the pet parent are told right away.

Online Sit Booking

Pet parents book walks, drop-ins or overnight stays for their dates right from their page. The visits land on your schedule, and each one is billed at your rate once it's done. Visits they skip aren't charged.

Meet & Greet Care Card

At the first visit, the sitter fills in the vet, an emergency contact, feeding, medicines and behavior. It's saved to the client's record, so every sitter sees it on every visit after that.

Key & Lock-Up Log

Every visit records how the crew got in, the alarm, where the key is now, and that the doors were locked on the way out. The customer sees it was locked up.

Recommend More Work

At any stop the crew can note extra work the customer could use, with a rough price. Each one becomes a lead on your Leads board, and the customer sees it on their page with a Get a quote button. Repairs the crew already reports (gutters, downspouts, screens) become leads too.

Door-to-Door Canvassing

Your sales reps mark each door they knock on a map: not home, come back, interested, sold, or do not knock. Interested homes go straight into your Leads list. Manage it on the Canvassing page.
