Online Sit Booking for pet sitting
Pet parents book walks, drop-ins and overnight stays for their dates from their portal.
Turn on Online Sit Booking in Settings → Line Features → Pet Sitting & Dog Walking. Set your price for a dog walk, a drop-in visit and an overnight stay, and how many days ahead people must book.
What the pet parent does
- 1In their portal, they open Book pet care.
- 2They pick Dog walk, Drop-in visit or Overnight stay, then their first and last day.
- 3For walks and drop-ins they pick the times each day: morning, midday or evening.
- 4They can add a note for the sitter, see the visit count and total, and tap Book.
What you get
- Each visit goes on the Schedule. Assign a sitter like any other visit.
- A note lands in Conversations and you get a bell alert.
- The sitter sees the customer's booking note on the stop.
- Each visit is billed at your rate when it's marked done. Skipped visits are never charged.
- Booking the same days again never doubles up.
Tip: Do a Meet & greet visit first so every sitter has the pet's care card.
