How long each job takes (Service Templates)
Set the usual time, crew size, and prep notes for each kind of visit.
Every kind of visit — a weekly scoop, a gutter clean, a bounce-house delivery — has a template. It decides how long the stop takes, how many people it needs, and whether it has a set appointment time.
- Time on site and extra minutes for setup and driving.
- Bigger jobs take longer — for example, add 5 minutes per dog, or 15 more minutes for extra-large yards.
- Crew size — how many people normally go.
- Prep message — a note added to the customer's reminder, like "Please unlock your gate."
- Earnings per hour — we show an estimate so you can see which services pay best.
