Routes & Dispatch explained

Put today's stops on routes, give them to crews, and watch it all on a map.

A route is a list of stops one truck does in a day, in driving order. Routes & Dispatch is where you build routes and send crews out.

What's on the page

  • Routes tab — each route, with its stops. Click a route to see its stops in order on the map.
  • Crew tab — each person and the stops they're on.
  • Unassigned — stops that aren't on a route yet. Open it to see them.
  • Filters — show unassigned, assigned, done, or skipped stops, or search.
  • Map — every stop, color-coded by route.

On a phone or small screen, use the toggle to flip between the list and the map.
