Labor targets & time-on-site
Set goals for earnings per hour and labor cost, per business line.
Turn on the Labor & Time-on-Site tool in Line Features, then set your goals in Settings → Labor — for example, $60 earned per labor hour and labor costs under 35% of revenue.
Reports → Team then grades each line against your goals. We figure out how a tech's day was split between lines from the jobs they finished during their shift, so they never have to pick a line when clocking in.
