Timeline: crew day and project phases
See who is working when, spot double-booked crew, and keep multi-visit projects moving.
Crew day
Go to Timeline. Each row is one person on your team, with their visits laid out across the day. Pick a day with the arrows or the date box.
- A red outline and Double-booked mean someone has two visits at the same time.
- Unassigned at the top lists visits nobody has been given yet.
- Tap a visit to see the time, address and crew. To change it, go to Routes & Dispatch.
- Times come from the route's arrival estimates once a route is optimized, otherwise from the visit's set time.
Projects
If you run exclusion or remediation projects, the Projects tab shows every open project with all its visits on a calendar. The hammer is the main work visit; the dots are phase visits like containment, drying checks and clearance.
We flag a project when
- Two visits are further apart than your limit (a red dashed line).
- Visits are in the wrong order, like a clearance test booked before the drying checks.
- A visit was skipped and needs booking again.
- The job is sold but the main work visit isn't booked.
Move a whole project
- 1Press Shift on the project.
- 2Type how many days to move it (use a minus sign to move it earlier).
- 3Press Move. Every visit that hasn't started moves together, so the spacing stays the same.
Tip: Change the gap limit at Settings → Line Features → Exclusion Projects & Warranties (or Remediation Projects & Warranties) → "Warn when visits on one project are this far apart".
Buttons that open the app ask you to sign in first. New to RouteStacker? Start free.
