Assigning crew members to a stop
Choose who does each stop — one person or a whole team.
- 1Find the stop on Routes & Dispatch.
- 2Press + crew.
- 3Tick everyone who's going. The first person is the lead.
For rentals with a delivery and a pickup, changing the crew on one changes it on both — the same team that sets up comes back to take down.
To take someone off, open the stop's Remove… menu. It asks whether you mean the route, the crew, or both, so you never remove the wrong thing.
