The Schedule: planning each day's visits
See and add the visits for any day, and check proof of service.
The Schedule shows every visit (we call them stops) planned for the day you pick. Use the arrows or date picker to move between days.
Adding visits
- Add stop — add one visit by hand (or use + New → Stop).
- Generate week — creates the whole week's visits for every customer whose service is due.
- Auto-schedule day — fills just one day with everyone who's due that day.
When you add a stop, we fill in how long it usually takes and how many crew members it needs, based on the service. You can change those numbers for that one visit.
Tip: Rentals that need a pickup (like a bounce house or moving bins) get their pickup visit created automatically, and the same crew is assigned to both.
Proof of service
After a crew finishes, click the camera icon on a stop to see their photos and checklists. For pest control and wildlife jobs you can also print a branded inspection report.
