Pin and Hold: keeping a stop where it is
Pin keeps a stop's spot in line. Hold keeps it from being sent out at all.
- Pin 📌 — keeps the stop in its exact spot on the route when you press Optimize.
- Hold ✋ — keeps the stop off routes. Auto-dispatch and Optimize leave it alone until you release the hold.
Both buttons are right on each stop card. Weather tools (like Rain Delay) use Hold too — they put stops on hold for you on bad-weather days.
