Getting the best driving order
Press Optimize and the app finds the shortest way through the stops.
- 1Open a route on Routes & Dispatch.
- 2Press Optimize. The app reorders the stops to save driving time, while keeping appointment times.
- 3Arrival times (ETAs) are worked out for every stop.
Want a different order? Drag stops up or down in the route. A stop you move by hand is pinned so optimizing won't move it again.
The route also shows a quality score — total drive time, average time between stops, zig-zagging, and whether it runs past the end of the shift.
