Which jobs field techs can see
Choose whether techs see only their own jobs or the whole company's.
On the Team page you can choose what Field Techs see:
- Only their assigned jobs (recommended) — a tech sees a job only if they're on its crew.
- All company jobs — every tech sees every stop.
You can set this for your whole account, and change it for one business if needed. Office roles always see everything.
The same choice decides which customers a tech can invoice, take payments from, and quote in the field app: only the customers on their own stops, or everyone in the business.
