Sales tax, tips, and yearly price increases
Optional settings for tax, crew tips, and raising prices once a year.
- Sales tax — turn on and set your rate. Mark tax-exempt customers on their profile.
- Tips — let customers tip the crew from their portal after a visit. 100% goes to your business.
- Yearly price increase — once a year, raise every active monthly plan by a percent you pick (up to 25%). It happens on the 1st of the month you choose. If something delays it, it's caught up in the first week of that month. Each plan goes up only once a year. One-time jobs aren't changed. Each customer gets a friendly heads-up text and email. To leave new customers alone, set Skip customers who started less than (months) ago. For example, 6 keeps anyone who signed up in the last 6 months at their starting price until next year. 0 raises every plan.
