Billing: how you get paid
See every invoice, who's paid, and who still owes you.
An invoice is a bill. The Billing page lists every invoice with its customer, amount, and status (paid, pending, overdue, refunded).
Buttons you'll use
- Generate — make this month's bills for all your regular customers at once.
- New Invoice — make a single bill by hand.
- Record — the customer paid by check, cash, Zelle, Venmo, etc.? Record it so the invoice shows paid.
- Refund — give money back.
- Promise — note that a customer promised to pay by a certain date.
Every invoice email includes a secure Pay now link so customers can pay by card or bank transfer in seconds.
