Monthly bills that make themselves
Turn on automatic billing and every regular customer is billed on your billing day.
Each month, every active customer needs a bill. You can press Generate on the Billing page, or let it happen automatically.
Turn on automatic monthly bills
- 1Go to Settings → Payments.
- 2Turn on Generate recurring invoices automatically.
- 3Pick your billing day (for example, the 1st of the month).
On that day (or when you press Generate), the app will
- Make a bill for every active monthly service. One-time jobs are billed once, when they're booked, never every month.
- Use up any account credit the customer has.
- Charge customers who have a saved card (autopay).
- Email everyone else their bill with a Pay now link.
Tip: Billed someone by hand with Send invoice on their subscription page? That counts as this month's bill — the automatic run skips them, so they're never billed twice. Pressing it again in the same month asks before sending an extra bill.
Buttons that open the app ask you to sign in first. New to RouteStacker? Start free.
