A customer's profile and statement

Everything about one customer: services, bills, payments, and their running balance.

Open any customer to see their contact details, every service they buy, their bills, and notes.

The statement

The statement is a list of every bill, payment, refund, and credit in date order, with a running balance — just like a bank statement. You can print it or download it as a spreadsheet to send to the customer.

Job profit

The Job profit card shows what each finished visit from the last 6 months made: what you charged, minus crew wages for the time on site, minus any costs you linked to it (materials, dump fees…). Owners, Admins and Managers see it.

  • Press Log cost to add a cost for this customer, or the + on a visit to add a cost for just that visit.
  • If a visit wasn't billed on its own, its share of the monthly plan counts as what it made (marked "plan share").
  • Wages come from each crew member's hourly rate on the Team page.

Payment terms

Business customers sometimes get extra time to pay (like "Net 30" = 30 days). You can set this per customer on their profile. It changes when their bills are due.

Tip: Edit their phone, email, or address here and it's copied to every one of their services, so crews always drive to the right place.
