Selling a second service to an existing customer
Add another service under the same customer instead of making a new one.
- 1Go to Customers and find the person.
- 2Press Add a line.
- 3Pick the service. Their name, phone, and address are already filled in.
- 4Save. The new service shows up under the same customer.
Because it's the same customer, you can send them one bill for all their services, and they see everything together in their portal.
