Intake forms

Build your own sign-up or questionnaire form and share it by link.

Build a custom form — for example, "Tell us about your property" — then share the link or put it on your website. Every answer lands in Settings → Intake Forms, and can create a lead for you automatically.

  1. 1Go to Settings → Intake Forms and create a form.
  2. 2Add your questions and a thank-you message.
  3. 3Copy the link to share it, or the code to put it on your website.
