Your visits on Google Calendar
Put every visit on a shared Google calendar. Move an event there and the visit moves here.
- 1Go to Settings → Integrations.
- 2On the Google Calendar card, press Connect Google Calendar and sign in with Google.
- 3We make a new calendar called "RouteStacker — your business name". Your visits appear on it within a minute.
- 4In Google Calendar, share that calendar with your crew if you want them to see it on their phones.
How it stays in step
- It updates every 15 minutes on its own. Press Update now to do it right away.
- New, changed, skipped and deleted visits all follow along. Finished visits get a check mark.
- Moving an event in Google reschedules the visit here. Turn that switch off if you only want visits sent to Google.
- Visits that have started or finished are never moved from Google.
- Deleting an event in Google does NOT delete the visit — we let you know so you can skip it here if it's really cancelled.
- Pick how far ahead to show visits: 14, 30, 60 or 90 days.
Tip: We can only see the one calendar we made. Your personal calendars stay private.
Buttons that open the app ask you to sign in first. New to RouteStacker? Start free.
