Connecting other apps
Link payments, Google Calendar, accounting (QuickBooks/Xero), email marketing, texting, and your own tools.
Settings → Integrations lists the other tools RouteStacker can connect to — Stripe for payments, texting and calls, Google Calendar, QuickBooks or Xero for accounting, Mailchimp for email marketing, and API tokens for Zapier, your own code or an AI assistant. Press Connect on any card and follow the steps.
What QuickBooks and Xero sync does
- New bills go over to your books, with their customer.
- Bills paid in RouteStacker are marked paid in QuickBooks too.
- A bill marked paid in QuickBooks or Xero is marked paid here, and the payment shows on the customer's statement.
- Voided bills are never sent over, and a bill voided in your books is never counted as paid.
Buttons that open the app ask you to sign in first. New to RouteStacker? Start free.
