Downloading all your data
Get a copy of everything in your account as spreadsheets.
- 1Go to App Settings → General.
- 2Scroll to Download all your data and press Download all data.
- 3Wait a moment while we gather everything. A zip file downloads to your computer.
- 4Open the zip. Each file is a spreadsheet you can open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
What's inside
- Customers, subscriptions, visits, routes, invoices, payments, credits and expenses.
- Leads, quotes, agreements, messages, reviews and referrals.
- Your team, time clock, mileage, tasks, services, packages and settings.
- Trade records like chemicals, stations, traps, projects, claims and rentals.
- A README file listing every file and how many rows it has.
Passwords, payment card details, secret links and connection keys are never included. Only the account owner can download everything.
