The field app: what your crew sees
A simple phone app showing each tech their stops for today.
Your crew uses the field app on their phone. It shows today's route, the current stop, directions, gate codes, notes, and anything they need to know about the property.
Getting your crew set up
- 1Add them on the Team page with their email. They get an email with sign-in instructions.
- 2They open the link on their phone and sign in.
- 3Tip: in their phone's browser menu, tap Add to Home Screen so it opens like a regular app.
What's in the menu
- Today's Route — today's stops, in order.
- My Schedule — the next two weeks (and the last few days).
- Customers — look up a customer to invoice them, take a payment, or quote them.
- New Quote — quote a brand-new customer, like a neighbor who walks over.
- My Sales — what they collected today, plus their invoices and quotes.
- My Account — their own settings.
Buttons that open the app ask you to sign in first. New to RouteStacker? Start free.
