Finishing a stop: photos, checklists & notes
How techs mark a stop done — and what proof they collect.
- 1Tap the current stop to see the details and get directions.
- 2Do the work.
- 3Tap Complete Stop.
- 4Fill in what's asked — photos, a checklist, or a log, depending on the service.
- 5Add a note for the customer if you like, then save.
What gets asked depends on which tools you've turned on for that line. For example, pet waste can require a gate-closed photo, and pest control requires a full chemical application record before the stop can be finished.
Can't do a stop (locked gate, aggressive dog)? Tap Skip and choose a reason. The office is told right away.
Tip: The customer can see the photos and notes in their portal — a great way to show the job was done.
