Working without cell signal
The field app keeps working offline and catches up when signal comes back.
No signal at a stop? Keep going. Finished and skipped stops are saved on the phone and sent automatically as soon as the phone is back online.
A banner at the top tells the tech when they're offline and when things are syncing.
Good to know: Don't log out or clear the phone's browser data while something is waiting to sync, or it could be lost.
