Conversations is your shared inbox. Texts and emails from customers and leads land here, along with website chats, star ratings, and referrals.
- 1Pick a conversation on the left.
- 2Read the history on the right.
- 3Type your reply and choose text or email, then send.
- Messages are sent from your business phone number and email, not your personal ones.
- Want to send from your personal email? Turn it on in My Account → Email, then tick Send from my personal email when you reply.
- On a lead's conversation, press Book / quote to turn them into a customer without retyping anything.
