Your business email address
Send and receive email as you@yourbusiness.com, right inside the app.
All emails to customers — bills, reminders, quotes — are sent from your business email address. Replies come back into Conversations.
- 1First, add your domain in Settings → Domains & DNS and choose built-in email.
- 2Then go to Settings → Email and set the name and address emails come from.
- 3Check that sending shows as ready. If not, press Set up sending.
Don't have a domain yet? Your emails still go out from a shared address with your business name on it, and replies still reach you.
