Offer discounts and see which marketing brings in the most customers.
- Coupons — create a code (like SPRING20) for a discount on sign-up.
- Gift certificates — sell or give away a dollar amount of service. The customer types the code in their portal (under Invoices). It becomes credit that comes off their next bill automatically, and each code works only once.
- Where customers come from — when you record "How did they hear about you?" on customers, this page shows a breakdown so you know which ads are working.
