I can't find a page in the menu
The menu hides things you don't use, or that your role can't see.
Check these, in order
- Is the business line turned on? Tools for a trade only show when that line is on (Settings → Businesses).
- Is the tool turned on? Many special tools need switching on in Settings → Line Features.
- Which business are you looking at? Use the business switcher at the top of the menu, or pick All businesses.
- What's your role? Some pages are only for owners or managers. Ask the account owner.
- On a phone? Tap ☰ in the top-left to open the menu. Some tools are in a small sub-menu under their business line.
Tip: Fastest way: press the Search everything box at the top and type the page name.
