What each role can do
Roles decide which pages each person can see.
- Owner (you) — everything, including billing, insurance claims, and settings.
- Admin — almost everything, including the team and website.
- Manager — schedule, routes, customers, leads, messages, business line tools, and reports.
- Dispatcher — schedule, routes, rentals, equipment, and business line tools (like Chemicals or Exclusions).
- Customer Service — messages, leads, proposals, and customers.
- Field Tech — the field app, their own schedule, and Canvassing. In the field app they can also invoice, take payments and send quotes for the customers they can see.
Private info stays private: only you, Admins and Managers see pay rates. Only you, Admins, Managers and Customer Service can read leads, proposals, contracts, reviews, referrals, gift cards and customer messages. Field Techs only see the customers, addresses and add-ons on their own stops. Anyone who knocks doors can still turn an interested door into a lead.
Tip: If someone says a page is missing, check their role first.
