Finding your way around
The side menu, the search box, the New button, and the bell.
The side menu
The menu on the left is grouped into sections: Sales & Leads, Operations, Business Lines, Finance, Team & Insights, and Support. On a phone, tap the ☰ button in the top-left corner to open it.
Tip: The menu only shows what you use. If you don't run snow removal, you won't see snow tools. If someone on your team can't see a page, their role may not include it.
The top bar
- Search everything — find any customer, job, invoice, lead, or page.
- Sun / moon — switch between light and dark colors.
- Robot — ask RouteStackerAI, your built-in assistant.
- ? — help for the page you're on.
- Bell — your notifications.
- + New — quickly add a customer, lead, proposal, or stop.
- Your initials — your account and sign out.
Settings
Near the bottom of the side menu, App Settings opens all the settings for your business. Settings has its own menu; use Back to Dashboard to return.
