Getting reviews after each visit
Customers rate visits; happy ones are invited to post a Google review.
After a visit, customers can rate it from 1 to 5 stars and answer a few quick questions. You set this up separately for each business line.
- 1Go to Settings → Reviews & Surveys and pick a line.
- 2Turn it on and write a short intro and thank-you message.
- 3Add your survey questions (star rating, multiple choice, or a comment box).
- 4Paste your Google (or Facebook/Yelp) review link and pick the lowest star rating that gets sent there — usually 4 or 5.
Happy customers are invited to post a public review. Lower ratings stay private and show up in Conversations so you can make things right.
Spreading reviews across several sites
Want reviews on Google and Facebook, Yelp or others? Switch on Rotate between review sites under Public review routing and add the other links. Each happy customer is sent to the next site in turn — 1st customer to Google, 2nd to Facebook, and so on. If a customer changes their rating later, they're sent to the same site as before. The review in Conversations says which site they were invited to.
