Things customers can do on their own
Pause, ask for an extra visit, pay, tip, rate visits, refer friends, and more.
- Pause or resume a service (great for vacations).
- Request an extra visit. You choose how it's charged for each line in Settings → Pricing → Extra visits from the portal: free, a set price, or their normal per-visit price. The customer sees the price on the button, and it's billed only after the visit is done.
- Pay invoices and save a card for autopay.
- Leave a tip for the crew after a visit (if you turned tipping on).
- Rate a visit with stars and answer a short survey.
- Refer a friend and earn a reward.
- Sign agreements and accept quotes.
- Report a problem — like "you missed a spot" or "the pests are back". This creates a priority visit on your schedule.
- Buy products from your shop, prepay for a discount, or reserve next season — when you've turned those on.
- Prepay 3, 6 or 12 months of all their monthly services at a discount. Those months are then left off their regular monthly bill, so they never pay twice. They can prepay again once the prepaid months run out.
- Book pet care — walks, drop-ins and overnight stays for their dates (pet sitting, when Online Sit Booking is on).
- Book their next visit in one tap when a one-time job is due again (when Come-Back Reminders is on).
- Get a quote on extra work your crew recommended, or say no thanks (when Recommend More Work is on).
Each of these shows up for you in the app — new visits on the schedule, payments in Billing, and messages in Conversations.
Buttons that open the app ask you to sign in first. New to RouteStacker? Start free.
