Tracking leads (people who are interested)
Move each lead from New → Contacted → Quoted → Won so nobody slips through the cracks.
A lead is someone who's interested but hasn't signed up yet. Leads come in from your website, booking form, phone calls, door knocking, customer referrals, and extra work your crew recommends at a stop (source: Technician).
The columns on the Leads board
- New — just came in. Reach out quickly!
- Contacted — you've talked to them.
- Quoted — you've sent a price.
- Won — they signed up. 🎉
Working a lead
- 1Click a lead to open it and see their details and estimated value.
- 2Drag it to the next column (or use the move button) as things progress.
- 3When they say yes, mark it Won — they're turned into a real customer with their services set up.
- 4If they say no, mark it Lost so your numbers stay accurate.
Tip: One-time jobs (marked once on the card) are billed a single time when you mark them Won — never every month. If you move a lead back out of Won, its unpaid bill is removed too.
Tip: Turn on Auto-quote new leads instantly in Settings → Alerts, and people who fill out your booking form get a price by text and email within seconds.
Buttons that open the app ask you to sign in first. New to RouteStacker? Start free.
