How instant prices are figured out
Prices come from your price list, and size-based services use the property's measurements.
You set your prices once in Settings → Pricing. After that, every quote, booking, and new customer is priced the same way, so your whole team quotes consistently.
Two kinds of pricing
- Flat price — the same price for everyone (for example, $25 per visit).
- Size-based price — a starting amount plus a bit more for bigger properties. Example for pet waste: base price + a little per 1,000 sq ft of yard + a little per dog.
Measuring a property
- Auto-fill from records — we look up the home and lot size from public property records. It takes a second.
- Trace the yard — on pet waste bookings, the customer (or you) can draw around the yard on a satellite map.
Tip: You can always type over a suggested price. Click Use formula price to go back to the calculated one.
