Welcome! A 5-minute tour
What RouteStacker does and where everything lives.
RouteStacker runs your service business in one place. It keeps your customer list, plans where your crews go each day, sends the bills, collects payments, and texts your customers so you don't have to.
The big pieces
- Dashboard — your home screen. A live look at today's work, money coming in, and anything that needs you.
- Leads & Proposals — people who are interested but haven't signed up yet, and the quotes you send them.
- Customers & Subscriptions — the people who pay you, and the services they're signed up for.
- Schedule, Stops & Routes — who goes where, and when.
- Billing — invoices and payments.
- Field app — the phone app your crew uses out on the job.
- Customer portal — a page your customers use to pay, pause, and see their visits.
Your home screen
The Dashboard shows a summary of your business right now: today's stops, revenue, new leads, and unpaid invoices. If you haven't finished setting up, you'll also see a short checklist of what's left.
Tip: Not sure where something is? Press the Search everything box at the top (or press Ctrl+K / ⌘K) and type what you're looking for — a customer's name, an invoice, or a page.
Buttons that open the app ask you to sign in first. New to RouteStacker? Start free.

What is a "business line"?
Each type of service you sell — pet waste, lawn care, pest control — is a business line.
